The Break experience at Les Menuires
Nestled at 1,850 m altitude in the Vanoise National Park, enjoy a place open to everyone, entirely dedicated to sport, relaxation, and pleasure. Swimming pool, Wellness area with hammam, saunas and jacuzzis, fitness and weight training rooms, indoor multi-sport pitches, massages, well-being treatments, and a fun park for children: at Le Break, everything is brought together to move, recharge, and share suspended moments in Les Menuires.
Swimming pool
Between the spacious indoor pool, group classes, the children's area with a slide, and the south-facing terrace, choose your way to swim, play, or relax facing the mountain!
Facilities and activities
- Aquatic & Leisure Area: Indoor swimming pool with water cascades, submerged benches.
- Swimming lessons, aqua-aerobics, aqua-biking, trampoline, aqua-training circuit.
For younger children
- Dedicated area with water games.
- “Baby Swimmers” classes (6 months – 3 years), “Aquati’Kids” classes (7 – 12 years).
Swimwear (hygiene rules)
- Woman: 1 or 2-piece swimming costume (above the knee).
- Man: Swimming briefs, short boxer shorts, mid-length fabric swimming trunks (above the knee).
Forbidden: All other attire (city/casual shorts, sports shorts, underwear, t-shirt, sarong, monokini, burkini, any clothing below the knee, etc.) is forbidden.
